Our Policies

Check- in / Check- out Policies

Check-in time is 2:00 pm and Check-out time is 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out will be subject to availability and additional charges will apply
It is mandatory to present, address with valid photo government identification for Indian citizen and all other nationality guest’s to be presented valid Passport and Visa at the time of Check-in.
Confirmation against 100% advance payment.
Reservation will be guaranteed only after receiving the e-mail / payment.
Mandatory X-Mas Supplement on 24th Dec - Rs.2000/- per person.
Mandatory New year Supplement -Rs.3000/- per person.
All taxes as per Govt. Rules.
Professional Photography strictly not allowed within the Resort

Child Policy

Two children up to 5 years can stay free in parent’s room when using existing bed in room, a maximum of one extra bed can be provided in room on chargeable basis.
Child aged up to 5yrs complimentary and 6-12yrs INR 2000+ GST and Child aged above 12yrs / extra adult INR.2500 + GST.

Cancellation / No-Show Policy

In case of no show or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation, the hotel reserves the right to levy retention charge for the entire stay.
Cancellation policy: 50% retention charges for cancellation done within 30 days & full retention for cancellation within 15 days prior to arrival
In the unlikely event of our inability to serve you despite holding a confirmed reservation, we will arrange an alternate accommodation.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed inside the hotel.
